Choice of viewpoint

Explored the idea of perspective by photographing a familiar subject from a variety of viewpoints, distances, angles, and lighting conditions. I captured a collection of images that challenged me to look at the subject in less familiar ways and find compositions that made an ordinary object feel more visually interesting.

This project helped me understand how much perspective can change the way a subject is perceived and encouraged me to be more intentional about viewpoint, composition, and lighting when photographing familiar subjects.
